  1. What goes in the vault.

The values that identify a person (name, email, date of birth, ID number) are separated from the rest of the record and held in PII Vault, inside your environment.

The record that moves on to AI, analytics and partners carries no identity.

What goes in the vault Inside the customer environment, one customer record is split. The values that identify the person, name, email, date of birth and ID number, shown in gold, go into PII Vault, the Anonomatic mark on its plinth. The rest of the record, in teal, leaves the environment and goes on to AI, analytics and partners. Only the teal, protected data crosses the environment line. 2. Your data never leaves your control.

Protection that starts with sending your data to someone else adds a risk before it removes one.

PII Vault® runs inside your own environment, whether that is public cloud, private cloud or on‑premises, so your data never leaves your control. Anonomatic never receives or sees it.

Isometric illustration. A navy office building and two employees stand on a large platform, the customer environment, with the Anonomatic mark on its own plinth beside the building. Two clouds and a pair of server racks sit on separate tiles outside the platform, each linked to it by a dashed line.
  3. Up and running in days to weeks, not quarters.

A new security platform can mean a project measured in quarters, built on replacing what already works.

PII Vault® deploys as a single container and fits into your existing systems. There is no rip‑and‑replace project, so you are up and running in days to weeks, not quarters.

Isometric illustration. An engineer reaches up to guide a single navy container, lowered on a hook, into the gap between two server racks. On a separate tile beside them, a calendar has a short run of days highlighted.
  4. One place to protect every sensitive record.

When PII is copied into every system, every system has to be defended as if it held all of it.

PII Vault® separates PII from the rest of your data and secures it centrally, so there is one thing to protect instead of dozens.

Isometric illustration. Four scattered databases send gold identity records along dashed lines through the Anonomatic mark into a single navy vault. A custodian stands at its open door, with the gold records stacked inside.
  5. PII-as-a-Service specializes in protecting your most sensitive data.

PII Vault is a specialized solution that delivers protection, privacy and compliance far better than home-grown legacy techniques.

Every week brings to light a new breach that proves legacy protections are not sufficient. Why risk massive fines and reputation loss with a build-your-own solution that in the past has always been ‘good enough’? Times, and the threats we all face, have changed. Ensure you keep ahead of those threats.

PII as a service, beside compute, storage and identity A system, shown in navy, uses four services: compute, storage, identity and PII. Compute, storage and identity are ordinary navy services. PII is the Anonomatic one: the Anonomatic mark on its plinth with identity held under it in gold. Dashed connectors link the system to each, and the system’s identity values go to PII. 6. Eight layers of overlapping security protect your most sensitive data.

PII is not like other data, so it deserves its own, custom-built, security model.

When data is protected using legacy methods, attackers concentrate on breaching them one at a time until all your data is exposed. Each of Anonomatic’s custom-built 8 layers of overlapping security exponentially increases the challenge faced by attackers because no one, two or even three layers may be breached independent of all the others. When you use PolyAnonymization, your PII is the most secure data in your environment.

8 layers of security Eight concentric rings stand round the Anonomatic mark, with the identity held in gold beneath it. From the outside in: Internal Security, Insider Threat Protection, PII Separation, PolyAnonymization®, Full DB Encryption (AES-256), Data Sundering, RBAC and 3X Bring Your Own Keys.
